This site rewrites metadata on files you already exported from Snapchat My Data. It is not Snap Inc. Snapchat is a trademark of Snap Inc.

The files

You may keep and import restored photos and videos. Do not present this site as an official Snapchat product. We do not download Memories from Snapchat’s servers on your behalf.

Pro

Pro is a one-time $19.99 license to the higher restore cap on this website, tied to a browser cookie plus the payment record. Refund window is on the pricing page. Waffo is the payment processor and merchant of record for that charge.

Acceptable use

Only process exports of Memories you are allowed to have.
No automated scraping of the restore endpoint.
No attempts to decrypt My Eyes Only or bypass Snapchat authentication.
No payment abuse: stolen cards, false chargebacks, or sharing a Pro cookie.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The service and restored files are provided AS IS and AS AVAILABLE. We disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows. A restore only follows what is in your export. Dates, GPS, and overlays can be missing or wrong.

To the fullest extent the law allows, our aggregate liability for any claim about this site or Pro is limited to the amount you paid for Pro ($19.99). We are not liable for lost Memories, a failed import into another app, or indirect or consequential damages.

Term and Termination

These terms apply for as long as you use the site. If you violate acceptable use, we may suspend or terminate access, revoke Pro, and take other consequences that follow from the violation. The files section, the disclaimers, the limitation of liability, and this survival sentence stay in effect after access ends.
