Three different failures get this query. Snapchat never emailed a link. The ZIP has JSON but no media. The media imported with today’s date. Only the third is this site.
No email / empty request
Wait 24–72 hours. Try My Data from a computer. First login on a new device can delay the export. Snapchat status pages and in-app support own this. We cannot generate Memories Snapchat did not export.
JSON with Download Link but no files
Older format. Links expire in about seven days. Re-request My Data. This tool does not scrape those URLs — that is the GitHub script niche, and it still will not bake overlays.
ZIP opened but years are wrong
That is expected. Drop it here. If our scanner finds zero photos, you probably zipped chat_media or an incomplete part. Include the archive that contains memories/ or -main files.
