Refunds

If a restored JPEG does not show DateTimeOriginal in a standard EXIF viewer, email the original file, the restored file, and the Waffo order id within 7 days. Details are on pricing.

Pro unlocked on another computer

Pro is a signed cookie in the browser that paid, plus the payment email in our order record. If you lose the cookie, email the receipt. Do not resend the ZIP — we never need the photos.

What to include

• The email used at checkout.
• Waffo / Pancake order id if you have it.
• For a date bug: one original JPEG and one restored JPEG, not the whole archive.
